Catalogue/Brochure

Unfortunately at the moment we do not have a brochure. To view our range you require internet access. 

How do I pay?

Simply add your chosen items to your shopping cart and follow the step step process when checking out. Tum2tum accept the following payment methods:

• Paypal
• Cheque or Postal Order

When will I receive my goods?

After you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming and itemising this.

Provided your purchases are in stock , they will be despatched by 1st class registered post within 24 hours (1 working day) of placing your order.

If your item is out of stock, it will be despatched within 24 hours (1 working day) of the date indicated in the confirmation email.

Regardless of the number of items you purchase the cost of posting will remain the same:

UK £3.95

Europe £7.95

Rest of world £15.00

Returns/Exchanges

We are sure you will be delighted with purchases. However in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied we will reimburse you subject to the following:

1. the items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn and with the labels still attached.

2. we will offer an exchange up to 30 days of receipt of the item.

3. please write the reason for return on the enclosed shipping note and return with the item. Please ensure you obtain a receipt as proof of postage in the event that the package is lost.

4. unfortunately the cost of return including postage and packaging will be at the customer's expense as this is a direct cost.

5. we will confirm by email that your return has been processed and you will receive a refund credit or exchange order within 14 days of receipt of the return by Tum2Tum.

You can rest assured that all Tum2Tum online purchases take place in a safe environment using tried and tested security technology to protect our customers.

We use a 3rd part card processor, Nochex, to process card transactions. Nochex encrypt your credit card or debit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. We accept card orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers above version 3 support this security.
